What the site collects
Nothing. These pages are static files. There is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, no embedded map and no third-party font request. Your browser talks to this site and to nothing else while it is open.
When you call
What we keep
Your name, the address of the appliance, a contact number, the model number and notes on the fault. We keep it so we can service the appliance again without asking you the same questions twice. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to anyone except a parts supplier when an order requires it.
